摘  要:为解决液力变矩器运行过程中数据信号受噪声干扰大,特征不明显等问题,提出了液力变矩器振动信号的小波包阈值降噪方法。首先,在小波包降噪的基础上,提出了小波包阈值的信号降噪方法;其次,开展液力变矩器性能试验,对液力变矩器在工作时的振动信号进行采集并选用软阈值进行小波包阈值降噪处理;最后,以均方根误差为指标对小波包阈值降噪后的信号数据进行对比分析。结果表明:小波包阈值降噪效果优于小波去噪和巴特沃斯。提出的小波包阈值降噪方法对机械振动信号处理提供了技术支撑。To solve the problems of large noise interference and unclear features of the data signal during operation of the torque converter,a wavelet packet threshold denoising method for the vibration signal of the torque converter is proposed.Firstly,on the basis of wavelet packet denoising,a signal denoisingmethod of wavelet packet threshold is proposed.Secondly,theperformancetestof torque converter is carried out to collect the vibration signal of the torque converter during operation,and the soft threshold is selectforwavelet packet threshold denoising processing.Finally,with theroot mean squareerror as an index,the signal data after wavelet packet threshold denoising is compared and analyzed.The results show that the effect of wavelet packet threshold denoising is better than that of wavelet denoising and Butterworth.The proposed wavelet packet threshold denoising method provides technical support for mechanical vibration signal processing.
