摘　　要：枸杞在我国有悠久的使用历史,是常用的“药食同源”中药材,但枸杞采摘后易变色,导致枸杞在贮藏和运输等方面受到限制。该研究综述了枸杞变色的原因和抑制枸杞变色的方法,以期对后续枸杞的贮藏等提供参考依据。Gouqi has a long history of use in China,is a commonly used'medicine and food homology'Chinese herbal medicine.However,it is easy to change color after picking,which limits its storage and transportation.This study reviewed the reasons for the discoloration of Gouqi and the methods to inhibit the discoloration of Gouqi,in order to provide reference for the storage of Gouqi.
