摘 要:当前,随着教育改革的深入推进,提升教师职业动力、激发教师职业活力、在实现教师职业发展和成长的基础上推动教育改革和社会变革日益成为社会共识。复原力作为一个多维的并由多种因素决定的动态发展概念,为理解教师个体在社会中的复原及发展搭建了理论框架。在教师职业生活中,复原力以调试教师职业压力为基本逻辑,以增进教师情感能量为本质内核,以助推教师内生发展为目标指向,以重塑教师职业生态为价值旨归。新时代背景下,复原力要高效赋能教师职业生活,成为教师的职业资本必须要有实践的变革策略和战略规划,即通过主体动能层面、资源层面和风险层面的联动和协同,形成强大的教师复原力系统,进而作用于高质量发展。Currently,with the deepening of education reform,it is increasingly becoming a social public will to enhance the motivation of the teaching profession,stimulate the vitality of the teaching profession,and promote education reform and social change on the basis of realizing the development and growth of the teaching profession.As a dynamic development concept determined by multiple dimensions and multiple factors,Resilience builds a theoretical framework for understanding the recovery and development of individual teachers in society.In teachers'professional life,resilience takes debugging teachers'professional pressure as the basic logic,enhancing teachers'emotional energy as the essential core,boosting teachers'endogenous development as the target direction,and reshaping teachers'professional ecology as the value purpose.In the context of the new era,in order to efficiently empower teachers'professional life and become their professional capital,resilience must have a practical change strategy and strategic planning.That is through the linkage and synergy of the subject's kinetic level,the resource level and the risk level,to form a powerful teacher resilience system,which will then contribute to a solid and high-quality development.
