摘  要:The kidney,a central regulator of systemic homeostasis essential for human health,plays a vital role in various metabolic pathways,including fatty acid metabolism,gluconeogenesis,glycolysis,and mitochondrial metabolism.Chronic kidney disease(CKD)manifests as a progressive decline in renal function,marked by reduced glomerular filtration rate(GFR)or persistent kidney damage persisting for more than three months.
