摘　　要：我国牙周病患者基数庞大,而从事牙周专业的医生远远达不到需求,培养更多具有牙周病规范诊治能力的全科医生和牙周专科医生迫在眉睫。住院医师规范化培训(简称"住培")学员是重要的储备力量,如何培养住培学员的牙周临床思维和操作能力一直以来都是难题。武汉大学口腔医院牙周科多年来致力于分阶段多维立体教学体系在牙周住培中的探索与应用,将学员依据理论教学、操作培训、考核评价三大标准体系进行四阶段培训。同时采用互联网辅助结合多种教学形式、创新技术多维度开展课程,使学员逐步、牢固掌握牙周临床思维和操作能力,达到培育出具有牙周临床胜任力的住培学员的培训目标。There is a large number of patients with periodontitis in China,but dentists engaged in periodontology are far from meeting the demand.It is urgent to cultivate more general practitioners and periodontal specialists with standardized periodontal disease diagnosis and treatment capabilities.Standardized training for resident physicians trainees is an important reserve force,and how to cultivate their periodontal clinical thinking and operational abilities has always been a challenge.The Department of Periodontology,Hospital of Stomatology Wuhan University has been committed to exploring and applying a phased,multi-dimensional teaching system in periodontal residents training for many years.Trainees will be trained in four stages based on the three standard systems of theoretical teaching,operational training,and assessment and evaluation.At the same time,with the assistance of the Internet,various teaching forms and innovative technologies,we have been carrying out courses from multiple dimensions to ensure students gradually and firmly master periodontal clinical thinking and operational skills,and achieve the training goal of cultivating resident trainees with clinical competence in periodontology.
