摘　　要：面对日益复杂的就业市场形势,随着数字化进程的加快和毕业生规模的不断增长,社会对大学生尤其是经管类等应用性强的专业学生的综合就业能力提出了更高标准。文章以成果导向教育(Outcome-based Education,OBE)理念和加涅学习结果分类理论为基础,针对大学生的综合就业能力预设学习成果,并逆向设计教学活动。文章以“供应链管理”课程为例,构建了一种以综合就业能力为导向的多层循环教学模式,并提出了相应的实践建议。通过将OBE理念与加涅学习结果理论相结合,文章不仅具体化了学习结果的实现过程,还预设了有层次的学习成果,从而丰富了这两种理论在教学改革中的应用。此外,文章的研究还有助于提高人才培养与社会需求的匹配度,为我国高校课程设计的优化和教学质量的提升提供了有益的参考。In response to the increasingly complicated employment market conditions exacerbated by the acceleration of digitalization and the continuous increase in the number of graduates,society has established higher standards for the comprehensive employment capabilities of university students,particularly those in application-oriented fields such as business management.This paper,based on the principles of outcome-based education(OBE)and Gagnés theory of learning outcome classification,prescribes anticipated learning outcomes,focusing on promoting the comprehensive employment abilities of students,and then designing teaching activities in reverse order.For example,a multi-level cyclical teaching model aimed at enhancing these comprehensive employment abilities is developed and corresponding practical recommendations is proposed.The study,which incorporates the OBE philosophy and Gaganés theory of learning results,not only materializes the process of achieving learning results,but also establishes hierarchical learning goals,which enriches the application of the two theories in educational reform.Furthermore,this research contributes to improving the alignment between talent cultivation and social demands,providing valuable insights into optimising the design of curriculum and improving the quality of teaching at Chinese universities.
