摘　　要：酒精戒断是睡眠障碍的主要原因之一。酒精戒断相关睡眠障碍是酒精成瘾患者停止饮酒之后出现的入睡困难、睡眠维持困难及早醒症状等一系列的睡眠障碍,与酒精成瘾的发生、进展、恶化及复发相关,其机制涉及氨基丁酸、谷氨酸、褪黑素和食欲素神经递质的稳态失衡。本文旨在综述酒精依赖戒断相关睡眠障碍的睡眠周期变化、神经生化机制进展以及治疗方法的更新,包括研发中的药物,以期为酒精依赖戒断相关睡眠障碍的干预提供循证和研究方向。Alcohol withdrawal is one of the main causes of sleep disorders.Insomnia associated with alcohol cessation is a series of sleep disorders that occur in patients with alcohol addiction after stopping drinking,including difficulty falling asleep,difficulty maintaining sleep and waking up early.They are related to the occurrence,progression,deterioration,and relapse of alcohol addiction,and their mechanisms involve homeostasis imbalance of aminobutyric acid,glutamate,melatonin and orexin neurotransmitters.This article aims to review the changes in sleep cycle,the progress of neurobiochemical mechanisms and updated treatment methods of alcohol dependent withdrawal related sleep disorders,including drugs in development,in order to provide evidence-based and research directions for the intervention of sleep disorders related to alcohol dependence withdrawal.
