摘  要:工匠型人才具有突出的生产工艺、技巧和创造能力,是将科技创新成果转化为实际生产力,并促进科技不断发展的中坚力量。基于新质生产力发展和职业教育人才培养的历史重任,探讨五年制高职工匠型人才培养的目标定位,从理念认知、实践模式、资源整合和制度建设四个角度分析工匠型人才培养过程中亟待解决的问题,并从目标落实、内涵建设、资源融合、制度体系四个层面给出优化路径,以期五年制高职校能为各行各业培养出更多高质量的工匠型人才。Craftsman talents possess outstanding production techniques,skills,and creative abilities,and are the backbone of transforming technological innovation achievements into practical productivity and promoting the continuous development of technology.Based on the historical responsibility of developing new quality productivie forces and cultivating vocational education talents,this paper explores the goal positioning of cultivating craftsman talents in five-year vocational colleges.From the perspectives of conceptual cognition,practical mode,resource integration,and institutional construction,it analyzes the urgent problems that need to be solved in the cultivation of craftsman talents,and provides optimization paths from the implementation of goals,connotation construction,resource integration,and institutional system,in order to cultivate more high-quality craftsman talents for various industries in five-year vocational colleges.
