摘  要:课程思政是实现智育与德育相统一,将知识传授、能力培养与价值塑造相结合的重要着力点。为了改变课程思政建设过程中思政元素缺乏时代性和创新性、存在趋同化问题的现状,更新传统的“以教师为中心”的教学模式和“以期末考试为主”的评价机制,将思政元素有机融入到教学和课程考核过程中,结合“食品安全与快速检验技术”课程特点,依托专业思政体系进一步梳理思政元素,基于课程思政开展教学方法创新及考核评价体系优化,从而为食品专业课程的思政建设提供一定的参考。Curriculum ideological and political education is an important focus to achieve the unity of intellectual education and moral education,and to combine knowledge transmission,ability cultivation,and value shaping.In order to improve the current situation of the lack of timeliness and innovation in ideological and political elements in the process of curriculum ideological and political construction,as well as the problem of convergence,the traditional"teacher centered"teaching mode and the“final exam based”evaluation mechanism are updated,and ideological and political elements are organically integrated into the teaching and curriculum assessment process.“Food safety and rapid inspection technology”is combined with the characteristics of the curriculum,and the professional ideological and political system is relied on to further sort out ideological and political elements,Based on the innovation of teaching methods and optimization of assessment and evaluation systems in curriculum ideological and political education,this provides a certain reference for the ideological and political construction of food professional courses.
