摘 要:目的分析以临床症状为主题探索建构主义教学模式在乡医诊断学中的应用效果。方法选取来北京市延庆区医院的2019级和2020级的73名首都医科大学燕京医学院的全日制乡村医学生为研究对象,将2019级33名乡医分为传统组(进行传统主义的教学模式),2020级40名乡医分为教改组(进行建构主义教学模式),两组学生均持续教学15周。分别比较两组学生教学结束后的诊断学笔试考核成绩、临床演练评估,以及学生对教学的满意度。结果传统组和教改组诊断学笔试考核成绩比较,教改组分数升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);传统组和教改组MiNi-CEX评分比较,教改组分数升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);传统组和教改组的培训效果满意度分别是78.79%、95.00%,二者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以临床症状为主题探索建构主义教学模式在乡医诊断学中具有良好的应用效果。Objective To analyze the application of constructivism teaching model in rural medicine diagnostics with clinical symptoms as the theme.Methods Seventy-three full-time rural medical students from Yenching Medical College of Capital Medical University in 2019 and 2020,who came to our hospital were selected as the research objects.33 rural doctors from 2019 were divided into traditional group(traditionalism teaching mode)and 40 rural doctors from 2020 were divided into teaching restructuring(constructivism teaching mode).Both groups of students were taught for 15 weeks.The results of diagnostic written test,clinical exercise evaluation and students'satisfaction with teaching were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the traditional group and the written examination of teaching reorganization diagnostics,the teaching reorganization scores increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the traditional group and the teaching reorganization MiNi-CEX scores,the teaching reorganization scores increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of training effect in traditional group and teaching reorganization was 78.79%and 95.00%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Exploring constructivism teaching mode with clinical symptoms as the theme has good application effect in rural medicine diagnostics.
