摘 要:为解决人工湿地机械收割困难的问题,研发一种能够在复杂地形下高效收割水生植物的湿地轻型两栖式割草机。为了进一步提升其效率,结合ANSYS Workbench对割草机的提升装置进行轻量化研究。研究结果表明,在满足要求的前提下,提升架质量下降了1.912 kg,下降率达到42.5%。同时,调整机构的质量也下降了0.657 kg,下降率为8.7%。这些改进措施使得割草机在复杂地形下的操作更加顺畅,为湿地生态环境的保护和管理提供了更可靠的技术支持。In order to solve the problem of difficult mechanical harvesting in artificial wetlands,a lightweight amphibious lawn mower was developed that can efficiently harvest aquatic plants in complex terrain.In order to further improve its efficiency,a lightweight study was conducted on the lifting device of the lawn mower using ANSYS Workbench.The research results indicate that,under the premise of meeting the requirements,the weight of the lifting frame decreased by 1.912 kg,with a decrease rate of 42.5%.At the same time,the weight of the adjusted institution also decreased by 0.657 kg,with a decrease rate of 8.7%.These improvement measures make the operation of the lawn mower smoother in complex terrain,providing more reliable technical support for the protection and management of wetland ecological environment.
