产教融合背景下高职院校园艺技术专业学生核心素养培养路径研究

摘　　要：在教育改革不断深化的今天,产教融合已经成为高职教育改革的一个重要方向。在园艺技术专业中,学生的专业核心素养培养尤为重要。该文通过对当前产教融合背景下园艺技术专业学生核心素养要素的分析,调查多个院校的培养现状,指出培养中存在的问题及原因,并提出相应的培养策略,以期有效提高学生的核心素养和职业竞争力,为园艺产业的可持续发展提供有力的人才保障。Today,with the deepening of education reform,the integration of industry and education has become an important direction of higher vocational education reform.In the horticultural technology major,the cultivation of students'professional core literacy is particularly important.Based on the analysis of the core literacy elements of horticultural technology students in the context of the integration of industry and education,this paper investigates the current training situation of horticultural technology students in many colleges and universities,points out the problems and causes in training,and puts forward corresponding training strategies,in order to effectively improve students'core literacy and professional competitiveness,and provide a strong talent guarantee for the sustainable development of horticulture industry.
