摘  要:以惠州卫生职业技术学院为例,学院坚持“产教融合,精准育人”的办学宗旨,结合区域经济发展水平及中医药类专业特色,本着“优势互补、资源共享、互惠双赢、共同发展”原则,校企共建产教融合五大平台,对接区域经济的中医药健康服务产业,探索了岭南特色中医药复合型技能人才培养路径,助力打造“广东质造”品牌,为高职院校开展产教融合背景下的中医药人才培养提供借鉴。Taking Huizhou Health Sciences Polytechnic as an example,the college adheres to the educational purpose of"integration of industry and education,precise education",combines the regional economic development level and the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine majors,and adheres to the principle of"complementary advantages,resource sharing,mutual benefit and win-win,and common development".The school and enterprise jointly build five platforms for industry and education integration,connect with the traditional Chinese medicine health service industry of the regional economy,explore the training path of Lingnan characteristic traditional Chinese medicine composite skilled talents,and help build the"Guangdong Quality Manufacturing"brand,providing reference for vocational colleges to carry out the training of traditional Chinese medicine talents under the background of industry and education integration.
