摘　　要：以自我系统模型为视角,在厘清学习投入的概念内涵基础上,指出高职学生学习投入的内外部影响因素。通过对相关文献的梳理,从学习投入、学习环境、学习成果三个方面分析了高职学生学习投入的现状及问题,并有针对性地围绕问题,提出了提升高职学生学习投入的策略,包括关注并引导学生学习投入的方向;完善学习支持系统,提高学生学业自我概念;细化学习成果,引入多元评价方式。From the perspective of self-system model,on the basis of clarifying the concept and connotation of learning engagement,this paper points out the internal and external influencing factors of higher vocational college students′learning engagement.Based on the review of relevant literature,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of higher vocational students′learning engagement from three aspects:learning engagement,learning environment and learning outcomes,and puts forward strategies to improve higher vocational students′learning engagement,including paying attention to and guiding the direction of students′learning engagement;improving the learning support system to improve students′academic self-concept;refining learning outcomes and introducing multiple evaluation methods.
