摘  要:新时代背景下,“双师型”教师队伍建设是职业教育高质量发展的有力保障。借助人才流动理论,对人才流动意愿现状展开实证调研。研究发现,人才政策比较优势不明显、薪酬待遇兑现有落差、职业发展机制不完善、工作环境氛围不满意等现状,是影响“双师型”教师流出的主要动因。基于此,结合政府、行业企业、学校、个人等层面,对“双师型”教师流动的关键因素提出应对策略,为江苏高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设提供参考借鉴。Under the background of the new era,the construction of "double-qualified" teachers is a strong guarantee for the high-quality development of vocational education.Based on the theory of talent flow,this paper carries out an empirical research on the current situation of talent flow intention.Results indicate that the main factors affecting the outflow of "double-qualified" teachers are the lack of obvious comparative advantage of talent policy,the gap in the realization of salary benefits,the imperfect career development mechanism and the unsatisfactory working environments.Based on this,combined with the government,industry,enterprises,schools,individuals and other levels,the key factors of "double-qualified" teacher flow countermeasures are proposed so as to provide reference for the construction of "double-qualified" teachers in Jiangsu higher vocational colleges.
