摘  要:针对强风自然灾害致突发事件发生时高速列车调度问题,该文以晚点列车在各站到发时刻与原时刻表误差之和为目标函数,建立以速度、时间和变量取值等为约束条件的高速列车非线性动态调度模型,提出采用非线性收敛因子及自适应权重改进的鲸鱼优化算法(NAWOA)实现对目标函数的求解。以国内某铁路区段部分站点及运行的高速列车等数据为例,对模型的有效性进行检验。仿真结果表明:所提改进算法与传统鲸鱼优化算法、粒子群算法和遗传算法相比,对目标函数求解精度分别提升了16%,14%和36%,不但能够有效实现列车遭遇强风致突发事件时的动态调度,而且算法收敛速度较快,使得列车运行快速恢复正常,从而有效降低强风灾害致突发事件造成的列车大面积延误影响,提升高速列车的运行效率。Aiming at the high-speed train scheduling problem when emergencies occur due to strong wind natural disasters,a nonlinear dynamic scheduling model of high-speed train is established with speed,time and variable values as constraints,taking the sum of errors between the arrival and departure time of delayed trains at each station and the original schedule as the objective function.A whale optimization algorithm(NAWOA)with nonlinear convergence factor and adaptive weight improvement is proposed to solve the objective function.The validity of the model is tested by taking the data of some stations and running high-speed trains of a railway section in China as an example.The simulation results show that:compared with the traditional whale optimization algorithm,particle swarm optimization algorithm and genet⁃ic algorithm,the proposed improved algorithm can improve the accuracy of objective function solving by 16%,14%and 36%respectively.It can not only effectively realize dynamic scheduling when the train meets strong windstorm emergen⁃cies,but also convergence speed is faster,making the train quickly return to normal operation to effectively reduce the impact of large-area train delay caused by emergencies caused by strong winds and improve the operation efficiency of high-speed trains.
