摘 要:“养生-治国”思想是道家极富特色的政治理论,伴随着战国黄老思想的兴盛,对法家思想形成了深刻影响。学界对《韩非子》虽然在“养生”和“治国”思想上多有研究,且成果卓著,但对“养生”与“治国”思想的分途研究使得韩非思想的结构没有被整体凸显出来,进而造成在法、术、势相互关系上的争议。基于此,立足于韩非“养生-治国”的整体构架,采用结构分析的方法,可知韩非子秉持“以术为介”的治国方略,君主作为“养生”与“治国”的中介,实现“无为而治”要“借术以行法”。The thought of"health preservation—governing the country"is a political theory with special characteristics of Taoism.With the prosperity of Huanglao thought in the Warring States,it has formed a profound influence on legalist thought.Although there are many outstanding achievements in the research of Han Feizi in the field of"health preservation"and"governing the country",the separate research of"health preservation"and"governing the country"makes the structure of Han Fei's thought not highlighted as a whole,and then causes disputes on the relationship between law,shu and shi.Based on this,the author bases on the overall framework of Han Fei's"health preservation—governing the country",adopts the method of structural analysis,and thinks that in the structure of"shi","law"and"shu"in Han Feizi,the"shu"is the medium.
