摘 要:优质公平的教育不仅是实现共同富裕的必然要求,也是推动共同富裕至关重要的引擎。教育数字化转型与共同富裕同向而行,其促进共同富裕的逻辑表现为三个方面:推动人力资本结构高级化,以策应经济发展;促进教育资源共建共享共用,以教育正义促进社会公正;助力个体实现自我人生价值,以增强社会的整体公平感与幸福感。然而,教育数字化转型在为社会发展带来助力的同时,亦可能产生“算法化”教育对育人本质的遮蔽、数字化转型“马太效应”加剧教育主体的分化与差距、数字技术背后潜藏的价值观渗透对教育主体的精神侵蚀等挑战。对此,可通过反思数字技术驱动教育发展的可能限度,全面深度开发教育数据要素促进共同富裕的最大价值;进一步弥合不同地区与群体之间的数字“接入”与“使用”鸿沟,加快推动数字技能的扩散以改善数字红利分配不均;构筑基于伦理的数字化教育人文精神空间,更好促进社会物质与精神的可持续发展,从而释放和强化教育数字化转型促进共同富裕的重要价值与意义。High-quality and equitable education is an inevitable requirement for achieving common prosperity and a crucial engine for promoting it.The digital transformation of education promotes common prosperity,whose logic is manifested in three aspects:advancing the structure of human capital to support economic development,promoting the co-construction,sharing and utilization of educational resources to enhance social justice through educational equity,and helping individuals realize their value to increase the overall sense of fairness and happiness in society.However,while the digital transformation of education contributes to social development,it may also present some challenges.For example,the“algorithmization”of education obscures the essence of nurturing individuals,the“Matthew effect”of digital transformation exacerbates the differentiation and gaps among educational subjects,and the infiltration of values hidden behind digital technologies erodes the spirit of educational subjects.To address these challenges,we can reflect on the potential limits of technology-driven educational development,fully and deeply developing educational data elements to maximize their value in promoting common prosperity;further bridge the digital“access”and“usage”divides between different regions and groups,accelerating the diffusion of digital skills to improve the distribution of digital dividends;and build an ethics-based digital education space infused with humanistic spirit,to better promote the sustainable development of both material and spiritual aspects of society,thereby unleashing and reinforcing the significant value and meaning of the digital transformation of education in promoting common prosperity.
