摘  要:公共经济学作为研究公共部门经济行为及其规律的课程,具有鲜明的公共属性和强烈的现实关怀,决定了其应该也能够在课程教学中融入新时代中国特色社会主义思想,实现立德树人教育目标。通过以公共经济学为例,基于ADDIE模型设计课程、围绕“课程内容+思政育人”的教学目标,形成课程思政教学改革的有效路径,将课程思政内容纳入课前分析、课程设计、课程开发、教学实施、课后评估五个阶段,运用“课程讲授+案例教学+问题链导向+课堂互动”以及“线上线下混合教学”等多种方式,深层次、多角度地将“以人为本”的课程教学提升为符合新文科发展要求的课程思政教学。As a course to study the economic behavior and laws of the public sector,public economics has distinct public attributes and strong practical care,which determines that it should and can integrate the socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era into the course teaching with the realization of moral education goal.Taking public economics as an example,based on the ADDIE model and focus on the teaching goal of“course content+ideological and political education”,this paper deals with a course-design with an effective path for the reform of ideological and political teaching in courses,that is,the ideological and political content of courses can be segmented into five stages:pre-class analysis,course design,course development,teaching implementation and after-class evaluation,where by using various methods such as“course teaching+case teaching+problem chain orientation+classroom interaction”and“online and offline mixed teaching”,the people-oriented course teaching can be promoted to meet the requirements of the development of new liberal arts in a deep and multi-angle way.
