高职工匠精神培育的探索与实践——以自动化专业执行器单元实训资源建设为例

摘　　要：高职教育的核心是技能培养,而具有工匠精神的高职技能型人才培养,是目前职业教育工作的重点。以自动化专业的执行器单元实训资源建设为例,对职业教育培养工匠精神、提高学生职业素养的研究路径进行探讨与分析,对促进培养高职学生爱岗敬业、精益求精、勇于创新的“工匠人才”,具有一定的实用价值。The core of higher vocational education is skill cultivation,and the cultivation of skilled talents with craftsmanship spirit is currently the focus of vocational education work.Taking the construction of actuator unit practice training resources for automation major as an example,this paper discusses and analyzes the research path of vocational education to cultivate craftsmanship spirit and improve students’professional quality,which has certain practical value to promote the cultivation of“craftsman talents”who are dedicated to their work,strive for excellence and have the courage to innovate.
