高职院校服务英语课程教学情况调查研究——以营口职业技术学院酒店管理和旅游管理专业学生为例

摘　　要：服务英语课程属于职业技能类英语课程,对高职院校服务类专业学生未来职业发展至关重要,通过对营口职业技术学院酒店管理和旅游管理专业学生进行学习情况问卷调查,并分析调查结果和数据,总结高职学生服务英语课程学习瓶颈及该课程教学存在的问题及原因,据此给出服务英语课程的教学建议。Service English is an English course of vocational skills,which is crucial to the future career development of service majors in higher vocational colleges.It conducts the questionnaire survey on the learning situation of students majoring in hotel and tourism management in Yingkou Vocational and Technical College,analyzes the investigation results and data,and summarizes the learning bottleneck,problems and causes in the teaching of service English,offering teaching suggestions for service English course.
