摘　　要：随着时代的进步和经济的发展,高职院校创新创业教育改革进入快速发展的新时期。传统的会计教学往往以理论知识传授为主,缺乏对学生实践能力和创新思维的培养,这种教学模式导致学生在实际工作中难以应对复杂多变的会计问题。新时代背景下的高职会计人才培养不仅需要具有传统职业教育的特点,还要重视培养学生的创新意识和创新精神。文章针对创新人才培养的要求,详细阐述创新人才培养模式下高职院校会计教学改革,以期通过这些改革措施培养更多具有创新精神和实践能力的会计人才,为经济社会发展作出更大的贡献。With the progress of the times and the development of the economy,the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges has entered a new period of rapid development.Traditional accounting teaching often focuses on imparting theoretical knowledge,lacking the cultivation of students' practical abilities and innovative thinking.This teaching model makes it difficult for students to cope with complex and ever-changing accounting problems in practical work.In the context of the new era,the cultivation of vocational accounting talents not only needs to have the characteristics of traditional vocational education,but also needs to attach importance to cultivating students' innovative consciousness and spirit.The article elaborates in detail on the reform of accounting teaching in vocational colleges under the innovative talent training model,aiming to cultivate more accounting talents with innovative spirit and practical ability through the implementation of these reform measures,and make greater contributions to economic and social development.
