摘 要:弘扬工匠精神是“中国制造2025”战略实施背景下,推动产品提质增效、实现创新驱动发展战略的重要途径。然而,目前关于工匠精神影响员工创新行为的中介机制及边界条件的研究较为缺乏。基于工作价值观理论和资源保存理论,构建以工作繁荣为中介变量、差错管理氛围为调节变量的理论模型,利用SPSS、Amos等软件对414名员工数据进行统计分析,探讨工匠精神通过影响员工工作繁荣促进双元创新行为的作用机制。结果表明:工匠精神对员工双元创新行为具有积极影响,工作繁荣在这一关系中发挥部分中介作用,开放导向差错管理氛围正向调节工作繁荣与双元创新行为之间的直接关系以及工匠精神通过工作繁荣与双元创新行为的间接关系,责备导向差错管理氛围负向调节工作繁荣与双元创新行为之间的直接关系以及工匠精神通过工作繁荣与双元创新行为的间接关系。In response to the Made in China 2025 strategy,it is critical to improve product quality and efficiency and realize the innovation-driven development strategy by carrying forward the craftsman spirit.The craftsman spirit is not only the basic element of enterprise technological innovation,but also helps to promote the transformation and upgrading to a manufacturing power and get rid of the distressing situation at the end of the global division of value for a long time.Therefore,how to cultivate and enhance the craftsman spirit has become a research hotspot in the field of organization management.Although the academic circle has given a constructive response to the connotation and historical responsibility of the craftsman spirit,as the micro-carrier of the craftsman spirit,the ideas and behavioral strategies of employees in enterprises have not received enough attention.Therefore,it is of great research value to explore the relationship between the craftsman spirit and employees'innovative behavior at the individual level.In this study,individual duality is extended to the field of innovation behavior,and on this basis,the topic of how craftsman spirit can effectively improve employees'dual innovation potential is discussed.Following the work value theory and resource conservation theory,this study constructs a theoretical model with work prosperity as the mediating variable and error management climate as the moderating variable and explores the mechanism by which the craftsman spirit promoted the bi-variate innovation behavior by influencing the work prosperity of employees.This study collects cognitive data from employees through a questionnaire survey,with 414 valid questionnaires remained.Except for population information,other variables are measured using the five-point Likert scale.Finally,SPSS and its plug-in process and Amos are used to analyze the data and verify the hypotheses of this study.The results show that craftsman spirit has a significant positive effect on employees'dual innovation.To be more
