摘 要:为兼顾插电式混合动力汽车能量管理策略的节油能力和实时性,设计了一种基于车速预测的能量管理策略。建立LSTM神经网络车速预测模型,实现对车速的准确预测;在模型预测控制框架下,采用动态规划算法对电机转矩分配进行优化,建立基于车速预测的能量管理策略。仿真结果表明,该策略具有良好的实时性,同时较之基于规则的能量管理策略油耗降低了14.85%。To balance the fuel efficiency and real-time performance of energy management strategies for plug-in hybrid vehicles,an energy management strategy based on vehicle speed prediction was designed.Firstly,a LSTM neural network vehicle speed prediction model was established to achieve accurate prediction of vehicle speed;secondly,under the model predictive control framework,a dynamic programming algorithm was used to optimize the motor torque distribution,and an energy management strategy based on vehicle speed prediction was established.The simulation results showed that this strategy has good real-time performance and reduces fuel consumption by 14.85%compared with the regular strategy.
