摘  要:培养创新创业人才是新时代高校所面临的历史使命,学科竞赛可以有效提高大学生的综合素质,培养大学生的创新创业能力。以南昌大学化学化工学院为例从学科竞赛的开展、人才培养模式、创新创业平台建设等方面,阐述了学科竞赛对化学专业类人才培养的意义。并指出现有教学大纲与学科竞赛的衔接不足以及创新创业平台建设、现有教材、奖励措施等方面存在的问题,并分别针对性地提出改进措施,从而打造全方位全过程的创新创业人才培养环境。Cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents is a historical mission faced by universities in the new era.Subject competitions can effectively improve the comprehensive quality of college students and cultivate their innovative and entrepreneurial abilities.Taking the College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of Nanchang University as an example,this paper expounds the significance of discipline competition for the training of chemical professionals from the aspects of the development of discipline competition,talent training mode,innovation and entrepreneurship platform construction,etc.And pointed out the insufficient connection between the existing teaching syllabus and subject competitions,as well as the problems in the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship platforms,existing textbooks,reward measures,and other aspects,and proposed targeted improvement measures to create a comprehensive and comprehensive environment for cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship talents.
