摘 要:以身份叙事方法为获得感研究思路,通过采访小学英语教育专业和学前教育(英语方向)专业实习生,结合对实习简报文本资料的分析,将师范生实习获得感构成要素划分为专业获得感、精神获得感、物质获得感等三个方面和专业知识获得感、专业信念获得感、专业成就获得感、生活意义获得感、身份价值获得感、成长体验获得感、物质获得感等七个维度,进而推导了实习获得感情感支持、榜样召唤、教学反思、他人辅助的生成方式,探讨了夯实师范实习生专业基础、做好实习动员和行前培训、精准定位实习生自身身份、发挥指导教师作用、明确多主体权责等师范实习生获得感生成的提升路径。Using the identity narrative method as the research approach,this paper tries to divide the sense of achievement into three aspects:professional sense of achievement,spiritual sense of achievement,and material sense of achievement through interviewing interns majoring in primary school English education and preschool education(English direction)and analyzing internship briefing texts.There are seven dimensions,including professional knowledge acquisition,professional belief acquisition,professional achievement acquisition,life meaning acquisition,identity value acquisition,growth experience acquisition,and material acquisition.Furthermore,it derives the factors that influence the sense of achievement,such as emotional support,model education,teaching reflection,and assistance from others.Finally,it explores ways to enhance the sense of achievement for teacher trainees,such as strengthening their professional foundation,mobilizing internships and providing pre-departure training,accurately positioning the identity of interns,playing the role of guiding teachers,and clarifying the rights and responsibilities of multiple subjects.
