摘 要:“药理学”是连接基础医学和临床医学的桥梁学科,目的是让学生掌握临床常用药物的药理作用,以指导临床合理用药。然而,传统的教学模式重理论而轻应用,导致学生临床实践应用能力不足。BOPPPS教学模式以学生为中心,以教学目标为导向,重视实践技能的培养,通过教师适当地引导、组织课堂讨论,改变传统沉闷的课堂氛围,不仅能够促进学生对教学内容的记忆理解,还能提高学生分析解决问题和将理论知识运用于实际临床的能力。本文以“药理学”中利尿药一节的案例分析为例,探讨BOPPPS教学模式在“药理学”教学中的应用,并对教学过程中存在的问题进行分析,以达到更好的教学效果。Pharmacology serves as an interdisciplinary bridge between fundamental medicine and clinical practice,aiming to equip students with a comprehensive understanding of the pharmacological effects of commonly used drugs to facilitate rational drug use in the clinic.However,the traditional teaching pattern predominantly emphasizes theoretical knowledge study over practice skill training,leading to a lack of practical application ability in clinical settings among students.The BOPPPS teaching mode is a student-centered and goal-oriented approach that emphasizes the development of students’practical abilities.By appropriately guiding and organizing classroom activities,the BOPPPS teaching mode could enhance students'memorization and comprehension of pharmacological knowledge while cultivating their problem-solving skills and capacity to apply theoretical knowledge in practical clinical practice.Taking the diuretic drugs section of Pharmacology as a case study,this paper explores the implementation of the BOPPPS teaching mode in pharmacology instruction while analyzing the existing issues within the teaching process to achieve optimal learning outcomes.
