摘  要:为强力支撑高校牵引教育、科技与人才共荣,形成倍增效应和协同功效,当前我国教育学科话语体系亟须守正创新、继往开来。重构教育学科话语体系的本质特征、内容维度和时代意蕴,掌握其在生成和运行过程中所遵循的实践逻辑、理论逻辑和发展逻辑,进而提出三位一体的教育学科话语体系行动框架,探索教学为先、科研为要、人才为本的建构路径,更好地满足高校在引领教育、科技、人才一体化发展中的理论需求。Robust support for university-led initiatives in education,science&technology and talent development is critical,as it catalyzes multiplier effects and enhances synergistic efficiency.The current discourse system of China's educational disciplines urgently requires innovation to effectively bridge the gap between traditional practices and future requirements.Consequently,we believe a redefinition of the foundational characteristics,structural dimensions,and contemporary relevance of this discourse system is necessary.Furthermore,based on our understanding of the practical,theoretical,and developmental logics that shape its formation and function,we propose a trinity action framework,which will prioritize teaching,underscore research,and center on talent development.It is designed to more effectively meet the comprehensive theoretical demands of universities in promoting cohesive advancement across education,science&technology and talents.
