走出“竞速游戏”:加速时代大学教师劳动异化的危机与应对

摘　　要：我们所处的时代是一个加速时代。大学对“速度”的追逐和对“测量”的崇拜使大学教师也不得不卷入一场“竞速游戏”中。在加速的绩效博弈中,大学教师的学术劳动呈现多重异化特征:沉迷在“自我剥削”的劳动行为中,热衷于生产“仿真学术”产品,深陷于主体迷失的“时间焦虑”桎梏中,游离在“附近消失”的异化关系场域里。无法回避的加速危机、过度量化的指标癖以及优绩主义的陷阱共同构成了大学教师劳动异化的催生机制。为走出大学教师劳动异化的“竞速游戏”,我们需要重新回到对于自由、价值和意义等本真问题的思考,以“自由”促进大学教师的时间解放,以“价值”匡正绩效测量的技术僭越,以“意义”重塑大学教师的生命立场。We are currently living in an era of acceleration where universities relentlessly pursue speed and idolize measurement,leading university teachers to be caught up in a racing game.In this accelerated performance-driven environment,the academic labor of university teachers exhibits various forms of alienation.They are engrossed in labor practices characterized by self-exploitation,producing labor products resembling simulated academia,and trapped in the shackles of time anxiety that result in a loss of personal agency.Additionally,they become isolated within the realm of alienated relationships that experience a"nearby disappearance".The inevitable crisis of acceleration,an excessive fixation on quantified metrics,and the trap of meritocracy collectively contribute to the alienation of university teachers'labor.To break free from this racing game and address the alienation of university teachers'labor,it is crucial to revisit fundamental questions such as freedom,value,and meaning.By promoting freedom,we can enable the time liberation of university teachers;through a focus on value,we can rectify the technical usurpation of performance measurement;and we can reshape the life stance of university teachers through a pursuit of meaning.
