从“自我”到“他者”:基于数字技术观的理论反思

摘　　要：以自我为中心是从传统技术观到数字技术观不变的实质。然而数字技术在逻辑上的先天缺陷和弱可控性,并无法支撑人类实现自我中心的愿望。在以自我为中心的技术观下发展的数字技术,不仅使人类社会陷入新的自由危机,而且产生严重的“精神疾病”。以自我为中心的数字技术观,因其排除他者而舍弃了世界的多样性和异质性,因而人类也会被此种霸权性的技术观所反噬。为了走出当前数字技术观的困境,一方面应加强对以自我为中心数字技术负面效应的宣传,使人们充分认识并反思该技术的问题;另一方面应加强对他者理论的研究和宣传,配合制度建构,积极构建一种走向他者的数字技术观。Self-centeredness is the essence remaining constant from the traditional technology view to the digital technology view.However,the inherent defects and weak controllability of digital technology in the logic aspect cannot support the desire of human beings to achieve self-centeredness.The development of digital technology under the self-centered view of technology has not only plunged human society into a new crisis of freedom,but also produced serious“mental illness”.The egocentric view of digital technology,which excludes all others and as a result throws away the diversity and heterogeneity of the world,will also be subjected to this hegemonic view of technology.In order to get out of the predicament of the current digital technology view,on the one hand,we should strengthen the publicity of the negative effects of the current digital technology to make people fully understand and reflect on the problems of the technology;and on the other hand,we should strengthen the research and publicity of the theory of“The Other”,and cooperate with the system construction,and actively build a digital technology view toward“The Other”.
