摘 要:“大思政”协同育人是打造“大思政课”的重要保障,是践行“三全育人”的有效推力。作为农业职业院校,推进“大思政”协同育人对于培养“大国三农”人才尤为重要。在实践中,还存在着协同推进体制机制不够健全、育人主体合力作用发挥不够到位、资源整合不够有力的现实困境。辽宁农业职业技术学院立足工作实际,通过健全机制、夯实队伍、整合资源、拓展平台等举措,构建“大思政”育人格局,实现“教”与“育”、“管”与“育”、“服”与“育”的融合贯通。The collaborative education of"big ideological and political education"is an important guarantee for building"big ideological and political courses"and an effective thrust for practicing"three-all education".As an agricultural vocational college,it is particularly important to promote the collaborative education of"big ideological and political education"for cultivat-ing talents of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers in the great country".In practice,there are still some practical dfficulties,such as the imperfect system and mechanism of collaborative promotion,the insufficient role of the joint force of the main body of education,and the insufficient integration of resources.Based on the actual work of Liaoning Agricultural Technical College,through the measures of perfecting the mechanism,consolidating the team,integrating resources and expanding the plaform,the"big ideological and political education"patern is constructed,and the integration of"teaching"and"education","manage-ment"and"education",and"service"and"education"is realized.
