摘  要:农业高职院校开展劳动教育,是贯彻落实党的教育方针,为国家培育高素质技术技能人才的必然要求。目前农业高职院校的劳动教育存在学生劳动意识淡薄、教育形式单一、考核评价粗放、教师劳动教育意识不强等问题,未能很好发挥树德、增智、强体、育美的作用。以农业高职药学类专业为例,探究劳动教育融入农业高职专业教学的实践策略,提出系统化设计劳动教育、丰富劳动教育形式、细化考核评价、加强教师队伍建设四条实用举措。Carrying out labor education in agricultural higher vocational colleges is an inevitable requirement for implement-ing the Party's educational policy and cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents for the country.At present,there are some problems in the labor education of agricultural higher vocational colleges,such as students'weak labor consciousness,single educa-tion form,extensive assessment and evaluation,and teachers'weak labor education consciousness,which fails to play a great role in cultivating morality,increasing intelligence,strengthening physical fitness and cultivating beauty.Taking the pharmacy specialty of agricultural higher vocational education as an example,the practical strategies of integrating labor education into the professional teaching of agricultural higher vocational education are explored,and four practical measures are put forward:systematically design-ing labor education,enriching the form of labor education,refining assessment and evaluation,and strengthening the construction of teachers.
