通信技能人才需求与高职教育人才培养匹配研究

摘　　要：通信产业转型升级发展需要与之匹配的技能人才支撑。明确产业对通信人才的技能需求可为通信高职教育改革提供重要参考。该研究通过分析26787条通信行业网络招聘信息,挖掘通信技能人才的具体需求,包括专业技能、商务技能和综合技能。该研究调研20所高职院校通信类专业人才培养现状,分析供需匹配度。研究结果表明,通信企业需要大量商务型技能人才,而高职院校设置的商务技能类课程严重不足。此外,对于通信行业需求较大的项目管理类、建设维护类工作岗位以及针对办公软件、文档撰写等基本工作技能匹配的课程偏少。基于研究结果,文章从课程体系建设、产教融合等方面提出针对性建议。The transformation and upgrading of the communication industry require the support of skilled talents that match it.Clarifying the skill requirements of the industry for communication talents can provide important references for the reform of communication vocational education.This study analyzed 26787 online recruitment information in the communication industry to explore the specific needs of communication skilled talents,including professional skills,business skills,and comprehensive skills.The study surveys the current status of talent cultivation in communication majors at 20 vocational colleges to assess the alignment between supply and demand.The research results show that communication enterprises require a large number of business skilled talents,and the business skills courses offered by vocational colleges are seriously insufficient.In addition,there are fewer courses for project management,construction and maintenance jobs that are in high demand in the communications industry,and for basic job skills such as office software and document writing.Based on these research results,this paper proposes targeted recommendations regarding the construction of curriculum systems and the integration of industry and education.
