摘　　要：随着科学技术的发展,“AI技术”的引入改变着高校教育教学模式。本文以西安科技大学高新学院陕西省一流课程《管理学》为典型样本,总结国内典型理论和实践案例,探讨“AI”技术背景下教育教学过程中教学模式、教学方法、教学内容和师资力量培养的创新及评价方法的优化,以期为深化教育教学改革、实现课程建设提质增效提供参考。With the development of science and technology,AI is changing the teaching mode of higher education and teaching.This article takes the Shaanxi provincial first-class course"Management"at Xi'an Kedagaoxin University as an sample,summarizes typical theoretical and practical cases and explores the innovation of teaching modes,methods,content,training and optimization of evaluation methods in teaching process under AI technology to provide reference for deepening education and teaching reform and achieving quality and efficiency improvement in curriculum construction.
