摘　　要：随着绿松石产业的迅猛发展,其对专业技术人才的需求日益增长。本文分析了绿松石产业的发展趋势及人才需求,探讨了绿松石专业人才培养存在的问题,提出通过跟踪政策、加强校企合作、优化课程体系、注重实践、加强师资队伍建设等,增强人才培养的有效性,为绿松石专业人才培养提供有益的借鉴。With the rapid development of the turquoise industry,the demand for professional technical talents is growing day by day.This article analyzes the development trend and talent demand of the turquoise industry,to explore the existing problems in the training of turquoise professionals,and proposes to enhance the effectiveness of talent training by tracking policies,strengthening school-enterprise cooperation,optimizing the curriculum system,emphasizing practice,and strengthening the construction of teacher teams,providing beneficial references for the talents training of turquoise industry.
