摘　　要：在当今经济和教育融合发展的背景下,校企合作作为连接教育与产业的桥梁,对促进社会经济发展和教育质量的提升起着至关重要的作用。文章围绕校企合作、管理创新及行政办公效率三个核心维度展开,旨在深入探讨校企合作框架内高校行政管理当前发展存在的问题,以及如何通过管理创新机制提升高校行政办公效率,并最终促进校企合作的深化发展。In the current context of integrated economic and educational development,school-enterprise cooperation,as a bridge connecting education and industry,plays a crucial role in promoting social and economic development and improving the quality of education.This study focuses on three core dimensions:school-enterprise cooperation,management innovation,and administrative efficiency.The aim is to deeply explore the current development problems of university administrative management within the framework of school-enterprise cooperation,as well as how to improve the efficiency of university administrative work through management innovation mechanisms,and ultimately promote the deepening development of school-enterprise cooperation.
