摘　　要：法学教育应当坚决贯彻铸牢中华民族共同体意识的主线地位,也可成为铸牢中华民族共同体意识的重要实践路径。新时代法学教育需要服务于国家铸牢中华民族共同体意识、依法治理民族事务大局,引导法科学生铸牢中华民族共同体意识,为在法治实践中加强中华民族共同体建设奠定法治人才基础。法治国家建设与铸牢中华民族共同体意识在价值层面存在高度契合,这为法学教育具有作为铸牢中华民族共同体意识的实践路径提供了宏观可能。在法学教育作为铸牢中华民族共同体意识实践路径的具体操作层面,可以以课程思政为载体,将铸牢中华民族共同体意识贯彻到法学教育和法治人才培养体系全过程,重点从把握好课程思政参与主体的二元性、在课程设置和授课内容中充分贯彻铸牢中华民族共同体意识的主线地位、在实践教学中践行中华民族共同体意识三个方面着力。J Legal education should resolutely implement the main position of fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation,and can also become an important practical path of for solidifying the community sense of the Chinese nation.Legal education in the new era should serve the country to solidify the sense of community for the Chinese nation,govern the overall situation of ethnic affairs according to law,guide the students in the law major to fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation,so as to lay the foundation of the legal talents in strengthening the construction of the Chinese national community in the practice of the rule of law.The construction of a country under the rule of law is highly consistent with the value level of forging the community sense of the Chinese nation,which provides a macro possibility for legal education as a practical path to solidify the community sense of the Chinese nation.In the concrete operational level of legal education as a practical path of forging the community sense of the Chinese nation,we can take the ideological and political courses as the carrier to implement the sense of community for the Chinese nation into the whole process of legal education and legal talent training system.The emphasis can be put on three aspects such as mastering the duality of the ideological and political participants in the curriculum,fully implementing the main position of fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation in the curriculum setting and teaching content,and practicing the community sense of the Chinese nation in practice teaching.
