摘 要:目的了解滇南边疆地区初中生性心理健康状况,为开展性心理健康教育提供依据。方法于2021年12月,采用方便整群抽样方法,应用青春期性心理健康量表对云南省红河哈尼族彝族自治州的960名初中生进行调查,分析调查结果。结果滇南边疆地区初中生性心理健康总均值、各分量表及维度均值均显著高于选项理论中值3(P<0.01);分量表均值从高到低依次为:性价值观(3.76±0.61)分、性适应(3.55±0.48)分、性认知(3.32±0.74)分。不同性别和年级的初中生性心理健康状况比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论滇南边疆地区初中生的性心理健康状况良好,处于中上水平;3个分量表的发展水平不一致;7个维度中性态度得分最高,性知识得分最低。Objective To understand the status of psychosexual health among junior high school students in bordev area of South Yunnan,and to provide a basis for carrying out psychosexual health education.Methods In December 2021,960 junior high school students in Honghe Prefecture of Yunnan Province were surveyed by using convenience cluster sampling method and applying the adolescent psychosexual health questionnaire,and the results were analyzed.Results The total average score,each sub-scale and dimension average score of psychosexual health among junior high school students in border area of South Yunnan were all higher than the theoretical median 3(P<0.01).The average score of each sub-scale from high to low were:sexual values(3.76±0.61)points,sexual adaptation(3.55±0.48)points,and sexual cognition(3.32±0.74)points.Comparison of the psychosexual health status of junior high school students among different genders and grades showed that the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusions The psychosexual health status of junior high school students in border area of South Yunnan were in good condition,and at the upper middle level.The development levels of the three sub-scales are inconsistent.Among the seven dimensions,the score of sexual attitude was the highest,and the score of sexual knowledge was the lowest.
