摘 要:目的想通过以案例为基础的教学方法(CBL)结合以问题为基础的教学(PBL)的教学方法在儿科护理急救操作进行护理学院课堂授课及演练,以此来提升护生的急救应变能力,更好地为进入临床工作做好准备。方法选取该院2023年1月至9月护理学院护理本科2个班级共80名护理学生进行儿科教学带教。结果两组护生进行不同的教学方法的授课后,理论及操作成绩比较(P<0.001),实验组较常规组成绩均高。两组护生的教学前后的一般自我效能,培训前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),培训后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),实验组较常规组自自我效能感高。结论CBL结合PBL教学方法在儿科护理急救能力中的运用能够提升护生的理论及操作成绩并且体验到较高的一般自我效能,值得在临床的儿科急救护理教学中进行分享推广。Objective To improve the emergency response ability of nursing students and prepare them for clinical work by using case-based teaching method(CBL)combined with problem-based teaching method(PBL)in pediatric nursing emergency operation.Methods From January to September 2023,80 nursing students from 2 classes in the School of Nursing were selected for pediatric teaching.Results After the two groups of nursing students were taught by different teaching methods,the theoretical and operational scores were compared(P<0.001),and the experimental group had higher scores than the conventional group.There was no statistically significant difference in the general self-efficacy of nursing students before and after teaching between the two groups(P>0.05),but there was statistically significant difference after training(P<0.001).The experimental group had higher self-efficacy than the conventional group.Conclusion The application of CBL combined with PBL teaching method in pediatric emergency nursing ability can improve the theoretical and operational performance of nursing students and experience higher general self-efficacy,which is worthy of sharing and promotion in clinical pediatric emergency nursing teaching.
