摘　　要：目的探讨公立医院中西医结合基础跨学科科研团队建设与发展策略。方法以2021年1月至2023年1月在潍坊医学院附属医院、潍坊市人民医院、潍坊市中医院等单位就职的中西医结合专业医务人员为研究对象200名。实施本研究跨学科科研团队建设与发展策略,统计干预前后中西医结合基础跨学科科研团队科研成果,比较干预前后中西医结合基础跨学科科研团队主观科研意识得分。结果干预后,中西医结合基础跨学科科研团队科研能力中期刊论文发表数量、立项课题数量以及专利申报数量均多于干预前(均P<0.05);干预后,中西医结合基础跨学科科研团队主观科研意识得分中的科研动机、科研重要性认知及对信息政策认知得分均高于干预前(均P<0.05)。结论实施中西医结合基础跨学科科研团队的综合建设,可显著提高主观科研意识,确保科研成果。Objective To explore the construction and development strategy of basic interdisciplinary scientific research team of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in public hospitals.Methods From January 2021 to January 2023,200 medical professionals working in Weifang Medical College Affiliated Hospital,Weifang people's Hospital,Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and other units were selected as the study objects.Implement the construction and development strategy of interdisciplinary research team in this study,count the scientific research achievements of the basic interdisciplinary research team of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine before and after intervention,and compare the subjective scientific research consciousness scores of the basic interdisciplinary research team of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine before and after intervention.Results After the intervention,the number of periodical papers published,the number of approved projects and the number of patent applications were higher than those before the intervention(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of subjective scientific research consciousness of the basic interdisciplinary research team of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine were higher than before intervention(P<0.05).Conclusions The comprehensive construction of basic interdisciplinary scientific research team of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can significantly improve the subjective scientific research consciousness and ensure the scientific research results.
