基于专科团队指导的家庭康复治疗在孤独症谱系障碍患儿中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察基于专科团队指导的家庭康复治疗在孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年12月至2021年5月该院收治的82例ASD患儿进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组各41例。对照组采用常规家庭康复治疗,观察组采用基于专科团队指导的家庭康复治疗。比较两组治疗前后临床症状[孤独症治疗评估量表(ATEC)]、强弱项及发展/适应程度[孤独症儿童心理教育评核第3版(PEP-3)]和运动能力[大肌肉动作发展测试第3版(TGMD-3)]评分。结果:治疗后,两组健康/生理/行为、感知/认知能力、表达/语言沟通、社交能力等ATEC评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组沟通合成分数、体能合成分数等PEP-3评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组移动性动作、物体控制性动作等TGMD-3评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于专科团队指导的家庭康复治疗应用于ASD患儿可提高PEP-3和TGMD-3评分,降低ATEC评分,其效果优于常规家庭康复治疗。Objective:To observe application effects of family rehabilitation therapy based on specialist team guidance in children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD).Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 82 children with ASD admitted to the hospital from December 2019 to May 2021.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,41 cases in each.The control group was treated with routine family rehabilitation,while the observation group was treated with the family rehabilitation based on the specialist team guidance.The scores of clinical symptoms[autism treatment evaluation scale(ATEC)],the strong and weak items and development/adaptation degree[autism children’s psychological education assessment-third edition(PEP-3)],and the motor ability[test of gross motor development-third edition(TGMD-3)]were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the ATEC scores of health/physiology/behavior,perception/cognitive ability,expression/language communication and social ability in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the PEP-3 scores of Communication synthesis score and Physical fitness synthesis score in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Furter,after the treatment,the TGMD-3 scores of the two groups of mobile movements and object-controlled movements were higher than those before the treatment,those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The family rehabilitation therapy based on the specialist team guidance in the children with ASD can improve the PEP-3 and TGMD-3 scores,and reduce the ATEC scores.Mor
