摘 要:教育在助力“一带一路”倡议建设十年中取得重要成就,在语言互通、中外教育合作、留学往来、教育援助等方面表现明显。“一带一路”教育合作在运用理性共识思维、降低信息不对称、做大集体利益、累积声誉等方面取得许多历史经验。当前面临“两个大局”形势下世界的不确定性、缺乏公平透明的规则体系、文化堕距带来理念文化滞后和共建“一带一路”倡议人力资本不足等挑战。实现教育助力“一带一路”建设,需要实行省部共建,充分发挥地方优势,坚持教育对外开放,打造高等教育共同体,优化治理体系,推动职业教育“走出去”,注重优势整合,探索中国式教育援助的新模式。Fducation has made great achievements in empowering Belt and Road lnitiative in the past ten years,especially in language communication,educational cooperation between China and loreign countries,studying abroad and educational assistance,Belt and Road lnitiative educational cooperation has gained a lot of historical expericnce in using rational consensus thinking,reducing inlormation asymmetry,cnhancing collective interests and accumulating reputation,At present,we are confronted with the challenges of the global uncertainty under the situation of“two overall situations”,lack of lair and transparent rule system,lag of concept and culture caused by cultural distance,and lack of human capital for constructing the lnitiative,To empower Belt and Road lnitiative with education,it is necessary to implement the joint construction ol provinces and departments,give lull play to local advantages,persist in opening education to the outside world,build a higher education community,optimize governance system,promote the“going out”of vocational education,and explore a new model of Chinese style educational assistanoe.
