摘　　要：目的 研究童年期情感忽视对非自杀性自伤行为的影响,检验述情障碍在两者间的中介作用以及自尊的调节作用。方法 采用随机抽样方法,选用儿童期创伤问卷、青少年非自杀性自伤行为问卷、自尊量表和多伦多述情障碍量表对广东省广州市两所大学780名大学生施测。结果 童年期情感忽视能预测大学生非自杀性自伤行为(β=0.15,P<0.001)述情障碍在童年期情感忽视与非自杀性自伤行为间起到完全中介作用(β=0.24,P<0.001)。自尊调节了述情障碍和非自杀性自伤行为的关系(β=-0.12,P<0.001),对低自尊水平的大学生来说,述情障碍对非自杀性自伤行为的影响更为显著。结论 童年期情感忽视通过述情障碍对大学生的非自杀性自伤行为产生影响,自尊对此中介作用(后半段)起调节作用。Objective To investigate the impact of childhood emotional neglect on non-suicidal self-injury(NSSI)behavior among college students,and to study the mediating role of alexithymia and the regulatory role of self-esteem.Methods A random sampling method was employed to survey 780 college students from two universities in Guangzhou,Guangdong Province.Participants completed the Childhood Trauma Questionnaire,Adolescent Non-Suicidal Self-Injury Behavior Questionnaire,Self-Esteem Scale,and Toronto Alexithymia Scale.Results Childhood emotional neglect significantly predicted NSSI behavior among college students(β=0.15,P<0.001).Alexithymia fully mediated the relationship between childhood emotional neglect and NSSI behavior(β=0.24,P<0.001),while self-esteem moderated the association between alexithymia and NSSI behavior(β=-0.12,P<0.001).Specifically,for students with low self-esteem,alexithymia had a more pronounced effect on NSSI behavior.Conclusion Childhood emotional neglect influences NSSI behavior among college students through its impact on alexithymia,with self-esteem playing a moderating role in this relationship。
