摘 要:当前,我国高等学历人才不断增加,对服装零售行业产生了重要的广泛内在影响。文章基于PEST-SWOT模型,从政治/政策、经济、社会、科技等方面分析服装商业环境内高学历人才增长的影响。研究表明,高学历人才的增长意味着服装公司会拥有更好的就业环境,但也会使学历低而技能强的潜在员工面临被公司被拒绝的风险,导致效率和生产力低下。同时,购物者的议价能力会增加,导致同类产品和服务的服装零售商之间的竞争增加。据此,研究提出相应对策,期望为服装零售行业提供一些启示。Currently,with the continuous increase of highly educated talents in China,there are important and extensive internal impacts on the fashion retail industry.Based on the PEST-SWOT model,this article analyzes the impact of the growth of higher educated people in the clothing business environment in terms of politics/policies,economy,society,and technology.The research shows that the current growth of higher educated people means that fashion companies will have a better employment environment,and people with higher education will bring new markets and product research and development,which may contribute to the development of clothing companies.However,there is also the risk that potential employees suitable for a specific position may be rejected due to their low educational level,leading to low efficiency and productivity.Shoppers'bargaining power will increase,leading to increased competition among clothing retailers for similar products and services.Based on this,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed,hoping to provide some insights for the clothing retail industry facing the increase of highly educated graduates.
