摘　　要：随着时代发展,职业教育的重要性越发凸显,高质量发展是当前职业教育改革的重要目标。各省为推动职业教育高质量发展积极采取行动。优化职业教育发展环境,注重职业教育品牌建设,发展职业教育特色,是湖南省职业教育“楚怡”行动的工作重点。文章对“楚怡”行动提出的背景及实施现状进行分析,从省域视角了解职业教育改革发展状况,从中获得启示,以期对未来职业教育改革创新、实现高质量发展提供现实参考。With the development of the times,the importance of vocational education has become increasingly prominent,and high-quality development is an important goal of the current vocational education reform.Differ-ent provinces have taken positive actions to promote the high-quality development of vocational education.Opti-mizing the environment for the development of vocational education,focusing on the brand building of vocational education,and developing the characteristics of vocational education are the key points of the“Chu Yi”action of vocational education in Hu’nan Province.This paper analyzes the background and implementation status of the“Chu Yi”action,discusses the reform and development of vocational education from a provincial perspective,and gains inspiration from it,in order to provide a realistic reference for future vocational education reform and innova-tion and the realization of high-quality development.
