摘  要:绩效工资是高校教职工工资的重要组成部分。在主管部门核定的绩效工资总量下,由高校自主制定发放管理办法并实施。该文提出了省属高校绩效工资分配新模式,包括岗位津贴模式、工作量津贴模式和突出业绩奖励模式,阐述了省属高校在绩效工资制度实施过程中存在的激励作用不足、绩效考核不科学、绩效辅导缺失等现状,最后提出了相应的对策和建议。Performance pay is an important part of the wages of colleges and universities.Under the total amount of performance pay approved by the competent department,the university shall independently formulate and implement the management measures for payment.This paper puts forward some new models of performance pay distribution in provincial colleges and universities,including a post allowance model,workload allowance model and outstanding performance reward model.It expounds the current situation of insufficient incentive function,un-scientific performance appraisal and lack of performance counseling in the implementation of the performance pay system in provincial colleges and universities,and finally puts forward corresponding countermeasures and sug-gestions.
