摘  要:教育管理体系在食品理化检验领域展现出显著短板,难以满足当前行业对高素质专业人才的需求。本文针对双师型教师队伍建设、教学与实践的融合以及产学研用合作等关键问题,提出了一系列基于“岗课赛证”模式的教学改革策略。这些建议旨在通过加强教师队伍、创新教学方法、促进理论与实践的有效结合以及完善评价机制等方面,提升教育质量,培养符合行业需求的专业人才。The education management system has shown a significant weakness in the field of food physical and chemical inspection,which is difficult to meet the demand of the current industry for high-quality professionals.In view of the key problems such as the construction of double-qualified teachers,the integration of teaching and practice,industry-university-research and application cooperation,a series of teaching reform strategies based on the mode of"post class competition certificate"are put forward.These suggestions aim to improve the quality of education and train professionals in line with the needs of the industry by strengthening the ranks of teachers,innovating teaching methods,promoting the effective combination of theory and practice,and improving the evaluation mechanism.
