摘 要:高校餐饮服务社会化在降低高校管理负担的同时,为在校师生提供高质量的餐饮服务是学者及社会各界关心的重要问题。基于现况研究,从学生满意度视角对高校餐饮服务质量开展评价研究,分析高校餐饮服务供需间的差距。结果表明,饭菜价格、就餐环境、学生意见回应及工作人员服务水平等因素是影响当前高校餐饮服务质量的重要因素,因此可通过加强饭菜价格管理、提升学生意见回应、增强员工服务意识及引入竞争机制等措施有效提升高校餐饮服务质量。The socialization of college catering service not only reduce the management burden of colleges and universities,but also provides high-quality catering service for teachers and students,which is an important issue of concern for scholars and various sectors of society.Based on the current situation,the quality of college catering service was evaluated and studied from the perspective of student satisfaction,and the gap between supply and demand of college catering service was analyzed.The results indicate that factors such as food price,dining environment,students’feedback and staff service level were important factors affecting the quality of college catering service.Therefore,measures such as strengthening food price management,enhancing student feedback,enhancing employee service awareness,and introducing competitive mechanisms can effectively improve the quality of university catering services.
