摘　　要：黄河文化因承载中华文明的发展演进而生生不息,新时代传承治黄精神、创新治河理念,推动黄河文化的内涵不断发展,丰富了黄河文化的时代价值。黄河文化是新时代思政课坚定文化自信的宝贵财富,黄河文化的融入能够厚植思政课的中华文化底蕴,助力思政课塑造民族精神内核、讲好文化传承使命、诠释文化“两创”自信。水利高校应秉持“以文化人、以文育人”理念,推动黄河文化融入新时代高校思政课教学改革。The Yellow River culture continues to thrive due to the development and evolution of the Chinese civilization.In the new era,the spirit of Yellow River governance is inherited and the concept of river governance is innovated,which promotes the continuous development of the Yellow River culture connotation and enriches the value of times of the Yellow River culture.The Yellow River culture is the precious wealth of ideological and political course in the new era to strengthen cultural confidence.The Yellow River culture can enrich the Chinese cultural heritage of ideological and political course.The Yellow River culture can shape the national spiritual core of ideological and political course.The Yellow River culture helps the ideological and political course to speak well about the mission of cultural inheritance.The Yellow River culture interpretation of ideological and political course to strengthen the confidence of cultural“Creativity and Innovation”.Water conservancy universities should uphold the idea of“Educating people by culture”and promote the integration of Yellow River culture into the teaching reform of ideological and political course in colleges and universities in the new era.
