摘  要:目的:探讨儿科急诊低年资护士在急救技能培训过程中应用客观结构化临床考试模式(OSCE)的效果。方法:选取2023年1—12月在深圳市宝安区妇幼保健院接受急救技能培训的儿科急诊低年资护士60名作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组给予常规模式培训,观察组开展OSCE培训。比较两组考核成绩、自我导向学习能力、培训效果、培训模式及效果满意度、差错性事件和投诉发生率。结果:培训后,两组应急能力、操作技能、理论知识评分均上升,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);培训后,两组意识、策略、行为评分均上升,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组培训优良率、培训模式及效果满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组差错性事件和投诉发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.031)。结论:儿科急诊低年资护士在急救技能培训过程中应用OSCE的效果显著,可提高护士自我导向学习能力及考核成绩,减少工作中差错性事件的发生,降低投诉率,护士对培训模式及效果满意度较高。Objective:To explore the effect of objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)in the first-aid skills training of pediatric emergency nurses.Methods:A total of sixty pediatric emergency nurses with junior experience who received first-aid skills training in Shenzhen Baoan District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with thirty cases in each group.The control group received conventional mode training,and the observation group received OSCE training.The assess-ment results,self-directed learning ability,training effect,training mode and effect satisfaction,incidence of error events and com-plaints were compared between the two groups.Results:After training,the scores of emergency ability,operation skill and theoreti-cal knowledge of both groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05);after training,the scores of consciousness,strategy and behavior of both groups increased,and the obser-vation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the training excellence rate,training mode and effect satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of errors and complaints in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.031).Conclusion:The application of OSCE in the first aid skills train-ing of pediatric emergency nurses with low years of experience has a significant effect,which can improve nurses'self-directed learning ability and assessment results,reduce the occurrence of errors in work,and reduce the complaint rate.Nurses have a high satisfaction with the training mode and effect.
